I highly recommend “Home Detective Home Inspections” to be your home inspector. Rich did a fantastic job with my recent home inspection, he found a number of issues that I was able to get price reductions from the seller. He’s very knowledgeable and was willing to spend the time to explain things to me. When he was done with the home inspection, he put on a wet suit and jumped right in the lagoon to inspect the dock and bulkhead. His observations were very helpful to save me money and convince me to purchase the property! Rich, thanks for all your help, I really appreciate you!!

Richard performed our home pre-purchase review. He was easy to work with, his level of detail and his explanations during the inspection were very helpful. The reports he developed were very well written. The issues were clearly described and categorized. I have no issues and will use Richard's firm again in a hearbeat.

Beyond grateful to have found Rich to handle our inspections on a property we are purchasing. Rich handled all 3 individual inspections which was both a time and money saver!!! He performed the home, termite and pool inspections and was beyond thorough. He uncovered some big issues and his report identified even the smallest items that he recommended we be mindful of. Rich Dentroux was excellent. He was very responsive with scheduling. He accommodated my short notice request and come out to the property very quickly. He arrived early. He was very professional, courteous, and kind. He was very informative. He answered all of my questions. He timely provided his reports to me. He generously followed up with me after the inspection to ensure my satisfaction. He showed he really cared about the property. The whole process was just flawless. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I used Richard 4 times for home inspections . The guy is amazing , if there is a problem with the house he will find it. Richard saved me a lot of money and was very patient explaining each part of the inspection results. Would definitely recommend him !
