They made the inspection process a breeze and stress-free. My report was ready the next day and was very thorough and easy to understand. (Items were color-coded by degrees of importance.) Mario will explain anything and everything you may have questions about (This man has the patience of a Saint!) and you have the option of texting or calling or emailing him. I had a fantastic experience with On Point Inspection and highly recommend them. I didn’t give them much notice and was coming in from out of state with limited availability, but they worked with my schedule and made it happen. Mario, Frank, and Bill arrived right on time and got right to work. They thoroughly tested all the systems in the house, carefully explained any issues they found, and made sure I understood what needed attention. One major issue they discovered was a hole in the roof where a raccoon had scratched through the shingles, leaving the attic exposed. The sellers had the roof repaired but couldn’t provide proof. Mario, on his own time, got permission from the owners and came back days later to climb back on the roof and personally verify the repair had been done correctl
