Two days out from the closing period. They cancelled their agreement that we made and offered and even lower offer to try to move forward. In my opinion, they were only pretending to accept my terms to get me excited, and then shoot me down last minute to hope that I would just give in. Its an unpleasant feeling. Thought I was going to have a positive experience because we had a great chat a few times and seemed very down to earth. Just to be fooled in the end.

This company is not open with sellers about being a wholesaler. They weren’t even able to move a reasonably priced, cash flowing, multiplex with seller financing terms. Should have been an easy home run. Instead, they back out of contracts minutes before earnest money is due. Truly pathetic.

Two weeks from closing with a contract and the title company knows nothing about it or the money in escrow for down payment. All of a sudden the property value has dropped and they want to offer less and when questionedi got a contract cancelation and no deposit escrow. If you have real estate and Zel calls be very apprehensive. Because they don't even stand behind their own contract. The price was agreed on when contract was started, Zel backed out on agreed contract price.

Working with Vonzel was a great experience. It was super easy and he did everything is said he would do. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to sell their house. Thank you again!
