McStain Neighborhoods at Painted Prairie

Painted Prairie by McStain Neighborhoods is definitely worth checking out. The quality of the homes is outstanding, with gorgeous designs, modern finishes, and functional layouts. The community itself is beautiful and gives a friendly vibe that immediately makes it feel like home. Jonathan makes the process easy and is great to work with. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and really takes the time to make sure you’re well-informed.

McStain at Painted Prairie is doing it right! The homes have such cool character and don’t feel cookie-cutter at all. Love the mix of modern design and cozy touches. The neighborhood has a great look and actually feels like it was planned with people in mind.

Jonathon is incredibly knowledgeable and informative about the community he is representing and helpful in making informed choices about moving here. The houses are stunning with beautiful finishes and the neighborhood is so welcoming. I would recommend working with him if you are looking to buy in the area!

McStain is a beautiful community and the homes are top notch! Jonathan and Paige are THE BEST! We held a client appreciation party at McStain back in June and Jonathan and Paige were awesome! They provided drinks, swag and snacks for our guests! Thanks so much you two!

Love McStain and this community! The parks throughout are awesome, including a dog park, and the views are incredible - you can see all the way from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak! Plus, it’s a friendly neighborhood with community events like music in the park.
