The Gild

The Gild have been an amazing finding. The management staff have been outstanding (Emmerry, Ana and Chad), the property is still under construction, but building 1 and 3 are ready. Amenities are looking great. Plus to have internet set up and don’t have to worry about setting up or router. We love to call The Gild are new Home! Another plus is that management live on property so if something is not running right they can see it and fix it. Very recommended to stay here. Walter M.

I had a fantastic experience moving to the Gild Apartments in Aurora The community truly stands out with its luxury feel and high-end finishes throughout the apartments and common areas. Everything feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. What really makes the difference is the team. The entire operations staff was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Chad, the community manager, was nothing short of class and knowledge and made the entire experience feel effortless. I also toured Legacy Metro Apartments right next door, and the difference between the two communities is honestly night and day. Gild simply operates at a much higher level in both quality and experience. Highly recommend checking this community out if you’re looking for a luxury place to live.

We’re looking to move from out of state and have had the best time working with this complex. From our initial call - we knew exactly what to expect when we arrived. Chad and his team were extremely helpful and thorough in reviewing each step of the leasing process with us. Added bonus of the apartments and property looking and feeling brand new and gorgeous. 10/10 recommend for location, ease of application, and the service quality every step ✨✨✨

Emmery, Chad, and Ana are so amazing! They are always so attentive and ready to help! They make the moving decisions in process quick and really easy! I would highly recommend them specially since their self proration system works fantastic and I don't have to think about it to much! And the Maintenance people are Amazing!
