I submitted my information to get help selling my house for cash on a website(I think Clever is the website. Zach Alber reached out to out to me from this platform. I explained I have tenants in place who w given me a hard time and stayed beyond their 60 day notice and that I need help to find an investor who will buy it with tenants in place. Zach assured me that he would help and keep my best interest in mind. But, after he visited the home, he told me that my tenants hate me and that they can do whatever they want with the property because I didn’t have a lease established with the tenants. Zack is the real deal. Glad to have met this seasoned real estate professional who helped us close on our first multiunit recently in Sacramento.
