Ted and his team are awesome! Not only did they efficiently and compassionately walk me through every step of this process, but Ted also helped me avoid a huge mistake! I was close to accepting a much higher rate from a company trying to assure me the HELOC funds would be in my account in 5 days; Ted was able to easily prove to me why it was worth waiting another week or two to go through them for about half the percentage rate! The team was great about working through all of this during my busy work schedule and not having to take time off to do it.
