Wouldn’t recommend. Had issues with black mold in bathroom and was told it was my problem. Owner drives through the parking lot checking everyone’s cars for valid inspection. They are in your apartment monthly “inspecting” but really just invading your space.

I have been here for going on five years! I love living here! it is quiet l. The management us super! They keep up maintain and keep are clean!

Ever since this apartment complex got bought out by people from New Jersey and brought in Nusbaum, we've had nothing but issues. I have a $500/month rent increase if I decide to renew, plus water/sewer. I don't even have a renovated unit - why am I paying almost the same as someone coming in new? Now they're not allowing us to have grills or outdoor patio furniture. Only townhouses with dedicated back patios are allowed to have outdoor furniture. For the amount we're expected to pay in rent, we should at least be allowed to have somewhere outside to sit and relax!
