Rebate property management rented near a home that was completely unsafe. Not only was it built not to code. The Owner had repairs done to the house without building permits. As well as mold became present within 15 days of my signed lease I notified them. The owner only came out and cut a spot out never did any remediation. I was also sick for two months. I decided to test the water and the test came back with bacteria at that point, the owner did air quality test and water test and both were bad this property management nor the owner made sure the home was safe to be rented out. I gave a 30 day notice to vacate due to inhabitable living conditions and they still charged me for 60 days. All wild, my lease was paid in full upfront.
