Signature Modular & Manufactured Homes LLC

Reading some of the other reviews about Signature Homes, I was surprised to hear such praise. My good friend is not having the same success or experience. She’s now 15 or so months into the process, has been told multiple times she’d be in her home “within a few weeks”, and still isn’t. I’ve lived in “two stick built” homes and never had these issues. Oh get this, they want to grade and seed her property in the middle of December when the ground is frozen, the sun rarely shines, and her “lawn” won’t ever have a chance. WTH? She’s a single woman and I believe she’s not getting the attention others have claimed to receive. She was supposed to be in her home this month, and now they’re telling her “it should be 8 weeks”. Signature who? I could careless haha -Jenna gets it done! From start to finish I knew this was who I wanted to handle our build! I love her direct attitude and her response to us needing her help on site - "helping a customer is never a waste of time don't be silly!" I just moved into my new forever Home that I love and I’m so happy. Jenna is the best, she from start to finish worked so hard on getting me my home. She is such a caring considerate person , also gave me updates on everything, in a very timely fashion I might add. I'm having a bad experience with this company during my first home build after 23 years of Active duty in the US Army. I'm a (Ret) disabled Combat Veteran. Retired to Virginia and Gloucester county. I signed a contract in November of 2019 as a joint build new construction VA approved home. House ordered in Dec of 2019. Jan 7th 2020 with final paperwork approved and waiting for project. 90 days goes by and nothing, had to contect them for updates. May comes and goes, still no house. Scheduled a sitdown because bad communication and no updates. Horrible customer service. House is finished and in a warehouse 1 Jun 2020 in NC. Home was early projected by the bank (American Security Mortgage) as a potential 1 May 2020 to 1 June 2020 to move in. NLT 1 August 2020 with 60 day window added (NLT)
