Worse rental company! I don’t recommend this apartment rental company because they are shady, so hard to get help when there is a problem in unit. You will end up stress out. Stay away from this company.

Maintenance and management are painfully slow. Requests sit for ages with no action. Not sure what the staff here actually do.

Really not sure what half the reviews here are talking about. I recently moved to LA and needed help with certain issues regarding new rental properties. I actually was referred to YBM properties through my in-laws who moved to LA about 9 years ago. I spoke to Avigayil on the phone and she was incredibly helpful with the application process. I was informed about the process and filled out the applications. To be honest, Avigayil spent almost 30 minutes with me on the phone and answered all my questions as I was very new to the process. No racism, no discrimination, no hateful speech, and absolutely no scamming. The customer service went above and beyond. I am currently in my new apt and incredibly pleased with the process. Been dealing with YBM for the past 7 years , and I can honestly say the staff has all been so accommodating and helpful-especially Avigayil , she was there helping step by step when I needed.

YBM has been great to us. Avigayil in the office has been especially wonderful, helpful, and attentive. Would highly recommend this company
