LA Home Appraisal

I called a few places to compare prices of various companies. LA Home Appraisals rates were reasonable, and Jeff honored the $100 coupon that was listed on yelp. Jeff, also responded quickly when I reached out to him. He was very professional, personable and punctual. My bother and I felt comfortable immediately. He was thorough in his assessment of the property, not rushing through just to get it done. Really, he was the full package when looking for someone. In this day and age it is hard to find people that know what they are doing and are ethical as well. I highly recommend him. And if I need another appraisal, I'll be calling him again!

I needed a quick independent appraisal since I had a short contingency window in escrow and Jeff rose to the occasion. He answered my initial call on a Saturday and was able to conduct the appraisal the very next day - just enough time for me to review the appraisal before the contingency period expired. He was even available in the days after the report to answer any questions I had.
