I found Randy online without a referral of any kind. After discussing my project here in Pacific Palisades on the phone with Randy, I knew right away that he was the right guy for the job. Randy quickly started work on my appraisal. His research on the conditions of the market and research of comparable homes has given me excellent documentation for my home....I feel very content and satisfied with his evaluation. This is my second review of Randy Sonns appraisal services. He recently appraised my property in Glendale, CA and provided a thorough and complete service. He arrived within the specified time frame and inspected each exterior and interior in a very thorough and professional manner. His research into the comps offered what I considered an honest and complete assessment of available like properties. His reports are very professional and his turnaround completing them is amazingly fast. Clearly, he is well prepared and does his home work well before an appraisal.
