We recently purchased a home in Cornville. Anthony Selna and his team were fantastic partners throughout the process. Everyone involved at Yavapai Title Agency was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this organization, and Anthony in particular, if you are in need of real estate title work.

Anthony and his team are very efficient and easy to work with. We recently used Yavapai Title Agency to close on a residential property. They worked with a local Mortgage company and the entire process went smoothly.

Prompt, effecient and cost effective title services delivered for out of state seller of AZ property who closed remotely. Excellent communication all along the process. Very pleased.

Had a couple problems,but when it was brought to the attention of Anthony he was able to explain the reasons. He was amazing. He has the knowledge and personality that makes doing business with this title agency a good experience.

Update: YTA management called and sufficiently addressed my concerns. I would do business with them in the future based on how they resolved the situation and acknowledged their shortcomings. My original review on 10/23/19: Terrible company - the number of times I had to follow up with them for status updates was unbelievable. I have no idea what my money paid for other than have someone take my wires. I hate title companies in general but this YTA was the worst one of dealt with by far.
