I hired Cindy and her son Alec to handle the sale of my Sedona home after my first agent provided very unsatisfactory service. I can't even begin to describe Alec's enthusiasm, professionalism and personal attention which were very welcomed! The sale environment was quite tricky due to a bad neighbor situation, yet Alec managed to keep his positive attitude and drive no matter what. He provided consistent, very dedicated support and even rolled up his sleeves on several occasions to tend to matters in the home after I had moved out. After we had much interest and several offers which went went south, he managed to keep his positive mindset and ensure a sale came through. I cannot praise Alec's efforts enough and highly recommend he and Cindy if you are looking to buy or sell in Sedona.

Cindy is the ONLY realtor if you want THE BEST EVER!! We've been in real estate/development/home flippers for most of our adult lives and Cindy is a RARE GEM. Her knowledge of every aspect of real estate, business connections in the area, and her honesty are beyond words. It felt like we had known Cindy for years in only a few minutes. Cindy represented us as buyers and she completely understood everything we wanted down to the "T". She even found us our dream home. We need to wait a bit longer to leave our state (we have not yet moved to Sedona), but we are only working with Cindy. If only we could clone her and have every realtor as awesome!!!
