Yates Homes

Made an appointment with April who is lovely and showed us around all the homes. We fell in love with the Hatters house and can’t wait to have our new home. April is wonderful! She prompt on replies and updates. Had a pleasure meeting Sue as well, who is always willing to jump in with a helping hand on any questions or suggestions!

Hey this process was long and not because of Yates. Yates Home (David Hilliard) has been exceptional. We are at the completion of our home and he helped us get everything we wanted from start to finish. His encouragement and willingness to help with road blocks and uplifting spirit made the journey a little more easier along the way.

We went to Yates Home as a walk in and the customer services was very pleasant. Sheila was the agent we worked with she gave us the key to go see the Homes and the homes (Abby) really blew our minds. Although its best to go in with an appointment however Sheila was very sweet to step out from her Appointment to assist with making an appointment with us. Also another lady that was there She was pleasant with a bubbly personality Sue is her name. I really recommend either of them. I didn't meet the 3rd Agent Tammy... Overall I was very pleased with the service...

I made an last minute appointment and drove over an hour to look at the homes. The lady that helped me was nice and helpful while there. I really liked a couple of the homes and wanted a rough figure. She wrote down what was important to me and a couple things I would change and said she would send over some estimates. Mthat was over a week ago. I called 2 days ago and left a message with someone else for her to call me back. No return call. I called 2x yesterday and spoke to her and I still have no estimates. In the first phone call I confirmed my email address and she had it down wrong, which is strange since I know she confirmed it with me while I was there in person. I drove 40 miles to get to this place to find a sign on the door that said by appointment only. When I walked in a sales person asked me when I wanted to have an appointment. She could not be bothered to spent 1 minute with me giving me information or brochures or anything else. Not the best impression when you're shopping for a home. I'm sure I can find somewhere else to spent my hard earned money. Thanks, no thanks.
