I’m happy to say that my experience was very positive! Kate was an absolute jewel! I did not plan to even purchase a home here being from Durham, But I had two very close friends Recommend that I at least just come and check the place out on such high recommendations. I feel that Kate went above and beyond when it came to helping us. She did everything she could to make sure that we got into our house. She was very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, and what she didn’t know… She didn’t try to cover it up or pretend to know and would go and find out. That made her trustworthy and honest. His humble personality and attention to detail made our process without question a one of a kind experience. David from the loan department was extremely knowledgeable of the financing process. Buying my home was less stressful than I thought. Reese was outstanding, he was there every step of the way, our transition was easy no issues at all. I see Reese taking food to new neighbors, cutting the grass, again not his job, but that shows his character and the kind of people LGI hires. He was very welcoming and easy to talk to. I would say to anybody buying a home, be upfront and honest, it will make life easier for everyone.

Satterfield Farms is a beautiful place to live. I would recommend this place to buy your new home. Every day I think I'm at a resort, like I'm on vacation for life. With the help of the great team there especially my salesman Mr. Phil Reed. Went over me to understand the importance documents and paperwork. So my closing on the house it just took me three weeks to close, this would never happen if it wasn't the team expertise and care, I'm still excited that moved a brand home. You can't find a better place for the money thank you Phil Reed and LGI Himes.
