Yardley Crossing Apartments

This place is falsely advertised. The model unit was very nice and newly renovated however the unit we moved into is far from luxury or newly renovated as advertised. Several of the issues we have experienced in our apartment: - Front door does not latch and blows open in the wind. Our dog ran out the front door one time when it blew open. - You could see from inside our apartment to the outside through a crack in our front door. There was a big draft. - There is mold on the side of the building. It looks like it has never been power washed. - There is a mud puddle at the bottom of our stairs that has been there for months. When we told property management they shoveled the mud into the grass for a week and never did anything more than that. - No railing going down our outdoor stairs. It

We used to live in the 1b1b apartment l. Pros: the complex is well located, there is always parking available, the maintenance guys are good and they answer quickly, the playground is great. The apartment has a lot of closets. Cons: the apartment is too small for the price, 2.100 is too much for what we get and to move to a 2b1.5b was too late because they were too expensive at 2.650+. By 2023, they were 2.300 with no availability. The apartment has very bad paint finished, and the AC is too old, it doesn’t work well and makes the bill expensive. The floor (second floor) is really noisy when you walk and also we were listening the meetings from the person living in the first floor. A beautiful neighborhood, including neighbors and staff on the complex. I've just recently moved in and it was without a hitch from day one. Esmeralda is such an amazing leasing manager, open and communicative, with a down to earth personality. I had to call maintenance after a major rain once moved in, water was leaking through the front door. They were quick and responsive. While they were fixing the door I mentioned a concern and maintenance was quick to look at the issue and fixed it. I can't say how happy I am here and feel quite at home. After all the other complex I've dealt with, this one has by far surpass my expectation of the living condition in the unit, the staff and all of my surrounding neighbors. My husband and I moved in to 8 months ago, after living in North Carolina, and it's been a very good experience! The complex is clean, well kept, super quiet (never heard a neighbor on either since, once!) and the staff has always been friendly and accommodating. We've had a few minor maintenance issues, which I can honestly say, were addressed successfully and quickly by George the maintenance supervisor. We enjoy being so close to downtown Yardley too...the location is great for a quick walk to the local restaurants and bakery, and the toe path behind the complex is super convenient and a great place for a walk or bike ride, which I take advantage of A LOT!

I lived here for five years in a newly renovated unit. Management was always awesome and very helpful, as was maintenance. I did have some problems with the roof leaking and HVAC issues due to it being an older building, but maintenance was always very responsive and addressed it quickly. Recently dealt with the current management for prior residence verification and they were just as awesome and helpful!
