SPT Home Inspections

Stephen is amazing! We had him come out and inspect two homes for us, the first fell through in part to extremely detailed report Stephen gave us back. He is incredibly thorough and meticulous with his reporting. Saved us a lot of time and money; plus he isn’t terribly priced himself. If your buying a new home, definitely give him a call!

Working with Stephen T. was wonderful! He did two home inspections for me. For the first house, I knew it needed some work, but I had no idea to what degree. He discovered a lot of problems we did not notice initially. Everything in the report was laid out clearly and explained in detail with photographs. We passed on the first house, and when I found a second option, I called Stephen again. He was equally as thorough. We were able to use the items he found in the report to negotiate the price. I go to closing on my new home in 15 days. Thank you!

Stephen was phenomenal! I can not recommend SPT Home Inspections enough. He walked me through the whole process, from outside the home, and then top to bottom inside. He offered alot of knowledge which was greatly appreciated as I'm a first time homebuyer. He was courteous and patient with all my questions and pointed out the difference between things that were important to do right away and the things to just keep an eye out for over a period of time. Stephen is who I use for all of my home inspections. He's the go to guy, and I have reccomended him to family and friends who have all had great experiences. (He even helped prevent my parents from buying a house that had a lot of issues) He is on time and very detailed in his work. He provides an extensive report that covers everything top to bottom with pictures to document the issues. He is very fair with pricing. I highly recommend him!
