Polo Run

I’ve lived in Polo Run for about 14 months and it has been great. This apartment complex offers reasonable pricing, plenty of parking, great amenities (like a dog park, pool, gym, and scenic views), along with wonderful neighbors who create a welcoming community. The staff is friendly, responsive, and supportive. Maintenance is reliable and it is easy to request through the online portal. It is also conveniently located near many businesses and transit options, making shopping easy and commuting anywhere from New York to a Philadelphia simple and quick. It’s been an enjoyable experience so far!

I have been a resident here for 5 months now and I must say that this is a safest; a great community to live. The management team is ALWAYS ALWAYS so nice and helpful to every single questions and assistance. Dante and Stephanie are so great. Along with the maintenance team (Billy and Brenden) are very quick to every requests and works are greatly done. The community is quiet, safe, nice to walk along the park, the neighbours are very warm hearted and wonderful. I love being a resident here in Polo Run and this will definitely be my future house for another years.

My family and I have been residents at Polo Run for 5 years and we have enjoyed living here. The staff at the front are always nice and welcoming to feedback as to how they can make our little community better. We have seen the maintenance guys working hard to keep the complex clean and the buildings maintained. Almost ever year we have seen some improvements around the community from a water fountain in the pond, new roofs on the buildings, and new painting and repairs done to the porch banisters. The other residents have been respectful and very neighborly. We would recommend Polo Run to anyone looking for a place to live.

Our house quickly sold and we had to find a place to live. I never thought we would find a place in such a short period of time that would meet our requirements. Polo Run was our first appointment that day. After meeting up with Katrina and sitting with her we knew right away this is where we wanted to live. Katrina was very thorough, professional, provided floor plans for us to look at, gave us tours of the model apartments and told us about the amenities that were included in our rent. The other staff members and maintenance crew are all very friendly and always make sure our needs are being met when running into them on 1 on many paths there are throughout the complex. I would highly recommend Polo Run to my friends and family.
