Wynnfield Court Apartments

I applied over a year ago, they told me come in refill app. To call in 3 days, well they won’t answer your calls….. been a month now!! Common courtesy to at least answer. I’m deaf & have to use relay but of course nobody answers! I’m paying out 1200 month waiting on an answer

If I can give no stars I would. Office is never open to the people trying to get an apartment! Bad business all around.....

If I could give these apartments a 0 star I would. I’ve been calling this rent office several times because I’ve been looking for an apartment and I haven’t got a response or nothing . So I decided to go up there and get an application which was sitting outside of the office and the lady was finally in the office which surprised me because I have been calling and she lets me know that the fee was $25. I’ve been waiting and waiting to see if I got approved for an apartment and I never got any updates to know if I was approved or not, I was calling and calling and I even emailed her which she finally responded and told me she has my application but hasn’t ran it yet . Which was on Jan 8th. I finally got in touch with her on Jan 17th which she told me she hasn’t got anything back yet when I k

If I could give this property a Zero I would. I also need to know who to contact. This site manager Arianna should not be working with the public I was a potential renter and I heard her talking to a young women who was trying to apply here and bc she knew her and disliked the girl threw the application at her and said she’d never rent to her. This is uncalled for and I will contact the BBB. I moved from Texas and I have never seen such disrespect in my life!! I need to know who to contact about this because This place is not being managed right this lady needs to be let go!!!!
