We have used Ra-Lu Properties for management of our property for close to two years and have had a great experience. Judy and Shirley are knowledgeable about the market and navigating the ins and outs of investment property ownership. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the triad looking for a partner to manage their property.

We have several rental properties in different areas but for 15 years or more, Shirley and Ra-Lu have managed our property in Kernersville and to this day I hold her team up as an example to my other property managers as to how it should be done, both from an owners perspective and from a tenants perspective. They are timely, respectful, kind, and compassionate. I can tell as a homeowner that they place the tenants needs and wants as highly as the homeowner they serve which makes for a great symbiotic relationship where all parties are satisfied. I only wish that she could service more of my properties and she likely would if they were closer to her service area. Ra-Lu Properties is a very professional property manager/realtor. The property manager we had at out location in NC was very nice and very professional. She answered our calls at all times and responded very quickly when we had any issue with the property we were renting.
