Hawthorne at Main

Hawthorne is a great place to live. The building is quiet and kept immaculate. The leasing staff is very friendly, always helpful, and ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Maintenance responds to requests promptly. I'm so glad I've made this my home. No complaints.

I can say I have lived here for over 2 years. The community is quiet and family oriented. If I have a maintenance issue it does not take long for anyone to respond. I can honestly started from Management all the way down to maintenance, although there may have been changes with the people, they make you feel heard and there is a genuine care from them. They even care about your fur babies. ♥️

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Hawthorne at Main, and a huge part of that is thanks to Alicia. From the moment I first toured the property, Alicia made me feel incredibly welcome. Moving can be such a headache, but she handled everything with so much professionalism and genuine kindness that it took all the stress out of the process. She is attentive, quick to respond to questions, and clearly takes pride in making sure the residents are happy.

The office staff experience is exceptional. Alicia was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable on both the property and rental application process and promptly responded to all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend living here if you want a great experience.

Joshua, I just want to say how much myself and other residents absolutely love all of the little events that the office hold whether it be for Christmas, valentines day, or even saint Patrick's day they are amazing and so very helpful and I hope there are even more events to be held in the future it makes the quality if living here even better than it already is. Also a special thanks to Alicia Donavant (I hope that is spelled correctly) for helping me out together a valentines bouquet with a stuffed animal and flowers at the office she was an amazing help. I look forward to future events. They definitely deserve 5 stars.
