In order to help others make the good decision not to use this company, I am writing this review. My time with this company was one hundred percent unsatisfactory. Communication was almost non-existent. The owner could not be bothered to answer questions before weeks had passed, if ever, or give an account of the money spent on repairs that were not authorised by me, per our contract. Record keeping seems to be an afterthought, and even now I don't have any records of money deducted for repairs since November. It was supposed to happen every month. My renter's check bounced and she failed to contact me. Then when I had a friend to call her to find out why I had paid two mortgage payments with no word about rent that had not come, she said she had emailed me to tell me what happened, but w
