Apartments are fairly spacious, but the bedrooms don't have functioning locks, and there isn't working air conditioning. The heating is fine, though. My biggest complaint is that the varnish on the floors is really old and flaky, and it gets EVERYWHERE. Overall, it was a tolerable living experience, but I wouldn't do it again.
Woof. Basic services. Not the most attentive to needs, and forget about exterior upkeep. They might be better off flattening everything and starting over. No noise isolation.
It was awkward place, never heard any good word about. Since WPI bought it, I hope they will turn it to something beautiful.
