I had a great experience with NextGen Realty. Specifically, Angelo is the very best. On a very short timeline, I was able to work with Angelo to find the apartment that fit our needs. Angelo held my hand every step of the way, making sure I understood the process, application, and lease. He made himself available after hours to answer my texts and calls, and he was always checking-in with me to make sure things were going smoothly. I can’t say enough about the excellent support I received from Angelo. He is friendly, personable, and a joy to work with.

Ask for Angelo. Look, I do not write reviews, but I will write this one strictly for him. Just as the other reviewers have stated, he does his best to show that he cares about you and getting you what you want. I may not fully appreciate how The Grid District works or operates, but I needed a new place to live immediately and Angelo went to bat for me and got me into a nice enough living space. Upstanding gentleman who tries to look out for you and checks in on you from time to time. He is very kind and sweet and definitely deserves a promotion. If you are searching for a new apartment or residence, Angelo will take care of you. Thank you
