Phil was amazing to work with! He truly guided us through the entire buying and selling process. He was always available whenever we had any questions day or night. Our experience was a roller coaster and Phil was able to handle some tough negotiations. We sold our house just under list and got a great deal on our new one. There were three closings on one day and they all went through on time. Phil has some great networking connections as well. He referred us to an attorney he has worked with in the past as well as a home inspector. They both were great to work with! I would highly recommend Phil to anyone thinking of buying, selling or both. He takes the time to guide his clients through process and he shows that he really cares.
