We had a great experience with Nina Desmond in our recent purchase of a Townhouse duplex! As a long time retired real estate lawyer and owner, years ago, of a number of rental properties, my wife and I have had many professional and personal dealings with real estate agents. Unfortunately, most of the time we found them to be average at best. Nina is outstanding and as a very detailed individual in my law practice and personal lives, I find few people who follow up on the details requested.
