At first, the treatment is very formal and cordial with this company, but when everything is agreed to sign a lease, they treat you with total disdain. At that precise moment, they forget what it is to treat a client with respect and courtesy. What a pity to have had a commercial deal with this type of people.🤢 Be careful, because you can have a very unpleasant experience.🚧🚨

I was taken aback after my very first call from Jill. I thanked her for calling me back, she asked how she could help and after only telling her what I wanted the space for, without going into detail, as it was the first 20 secs of the call, Jill decided that it wasn’t for me without question and hung up on me without finding out what the space was actually for. I have been in business development banking for over 20+ years with several realtors and real estate developers as clients. This was something for my personal business that I DO need a retail location for. I did not want to use any of my existing business clients. This was a very unexpected and unpleasant experience. It’s unfortunate.
