AVE Hamilton Green - 25 Cottage

We moved into 5 Cottage a few months ago after living in a furnished apartment at 25 Cottage over the summer. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to make this our permanent residence, and we couldn't be happier. The apartment units are brand new, and the amenities are amazing. The resident events are thoughtfully planned and a great way to feel connected to the community. Everyone who works in the building - from the front desk to the resident services/sales office to the maintenance team - has been incredibly helpful and friendly. We also love how dog-friendly the building is; the outdoor courtyard is a wonderful space, and our dog has made friends with just about everyone. It truly feels like a welcoming place to call home.

We are so lucky to have found 25 Cottage Place at AVE Hamilton Green. We needed temporary, furnished, pet-friendly accommodations when moving from one home to another. We originally planned to stay 3-4 weeks, and building management was so kind, patient, and flexible when we ultimately needed to stay multiple months. The apartment is modern and gorgeous. Super fast walk to the train. The cleaning staff keeps the property immaculate. The staff responds instantly to maintenance issues, and the maintenance crew is extraordinarily capable and respectful. We have seriously considered flipping our new house and moving in here! 25 Cottage Place is amazing place to live on either a temporary or permanent basis. A lovely place to call home.

I don't normally write reviews, but this place deserves it! After a few stressful days of apartment hunting in NYC and other buildings in White Plains, I found Ave Hamilton Green. From the moment I interacted with Eric Rohe and Sajma Gutic, it felt like home. They were so warm and welcoming and answered even my most irrational questions. And that great energy doesn't stop once you sign a lease and move in! I've been here for nearly 3 months and every time I see Eric and Sajma they give me a big smile and ask how I'm doing. They make this fancy building feel like a home in a genuine way. The front desk staff and maintenance team are also top notch! Beautiful apartments with high-end finishes and an incredible staff — from concierge to management, handyman, and superintendent, everyone deserves five stars. They also host amazing tenant events that truly build community. Great place to live, and I’m so happy I chose it. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I toured Ave Hamilton Green-25 Cottage. The guide from the leasing office, Brianna Cunningham, was exceptional. We did not have an appointment but she made time for us. She was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and precise in her description of the buildings’ beautiful offerings. More importantly, she was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. As I said, we did not have appointment and she did not make us feel rushed. Brianna was bubbly and enthusiastic throughout the tour.
