Al is a seasoned professional. His guidance on everything from recommended repairs prior to putting the home on the market to staging to negotiating the purchase of our home was spot on and concluded with a deal with which we were very pleased. As issues and offers came up during the time the house was on the market he was timely in his responses (calls and emails usually returned within a half hour) and offered sound advise. The marketing of the home was top-notch, as he identified prospects, ran several open house events and even prepared a bound, hard cover coffee table book of photographs of the house, inside and out, giving prospective buyers a great view of the house.
