Wooster Plaza

This is an update to my last review Well I finally got my deposit back and this company ripped me off for $220.00. I specifically had the manager walk through my apartment prior to move out to make sure I would not be liable for any damages, she assured me that I would only be responsible for a $100.00 cleaning fee since I left the apartment immaculate. Well I just got my deposit back and they changed me for partial painting of the apartment even though I didn’t hang any pictures and no stains on any walls. Don’t trust anything that this company does. They will lie to your face.

I am glad I found this place 4 years ago. The apartment building manager is always quick to respond to any issues or repairs. The external and internal of the apartment building is always clean and lights are well-lit. I highly recommended this apartment building.

The location is awesome. Close proximity to work. Kinda pricey for. One bedroom Apt but that’s expected considering you’re at or close to Beverly Hills. The apt is nice and the property manager is very accommodating, they respond quickly to needs. My only complaint is that you could hear your neighbors.

Exceptional manager and an excellent well-maintained building. Would recommend everyone to rent here. Also, the tenants are friendly and quiet. A great neighborhood experience for my first time coming to LA.

I recently moved into Wooster Plaza and am pleased with the decision. The neighborhood is nice, the complex is generally pleasant, and the manager, Mr. Binder, is especially helpful and supportive. While there are a few minor shortcomings, they are similar to those you’d find in any complex.
