I hope that you decide not to stay here or rent from this community. As someone who lived here for 3 years, I can tell you all about the horrible experience I had staying in these apartments. I was recently able to move and am so glad I did, especially since my townhome started falling apart more and more as I was moving out my things. When I first moved in, I was expecting a nice clean townhome. I was not able to tour our place before signing the lease and I now know why. It was infested with roaches of all life stages. I was told it was renovated which was a huge joke, there was paint splatter all over the floors and walls, and black mold covering the air vents. Omar’s a very good man. He’s very thoughtful and understanding and has the best communication skills, Elizabeth on the other hand be doing a half way job, she pick and choose when she wanna act right. she don’t answer the phone half of the time, you got people with concerns, you have people thats trying to lease. What happened to returning calls? If you can’t do a full job and treat people how you would wanna be treated give the position to somebody else.

My brother have lived here for 6 years. The maintenance is unacceptable and repairs are never fully repaired. We have been having water damage for the past 3 years. All of the repairs are “patched” work. Guest bathroom roof fell through, they came and patched it by just replacing the outside layer. Caused the bathroom to build mold because of the water damage. Now the master bathroom is doing the same thing. The light fixture in the dining area, continuously fills with water. But they only replace the light bulb and release the water. Instead of seeing what the real cause is. The light fixture in the kitchen doesn’t last but a couple weeks, believe the wiring is damaged because of the water. The mold in the guest bathroom of unbelievable and unbearable. The moisture in the walls is insane.

I have lived here for 15 months and was crazy enough to renew my contract. While living here we had 6 incidents that happen in our townhouse. Starting with my heater which took 2 1/2 months to fix and was told to I couldn't have electric heaters to open my oven and it would heat up my house. During that time my electric bill was astronomical. I have had 3 leaks in my ceiling. 2 of them were major from my pipes freezing up. They have come in and fixed the pipes but have not finish painting where the leakes were. Recently we had a leak in our bedroom where my ceiling fell and they needed to get a roofer that took a month during which many rain storms passed and then found out our central air unit would freeze up and may have a leak. Lived here for one year. Leasing office staff very friendly and helpful, prompt response to maintenance requests, plenty of parking, easy to dispose trash and access mailboxes. Convenient location, quiet and safe. If looking for an apartment in Aiken, this is a great choice.
