Fritz Richards was beyond exceptional in helping find the perfect home for me. He was flexible from the start, like when my trip from out of state had to be rescheduled, but he still made himself avaliable to show me the house that I fell in love with. He was a person you could always depend upon to quickly get back to you with the answers to important questions and not so important questions, such as checking out measurements of a room, so I could see if a rug would fit. The process of buying the house became complicated and stressful because purchasing the house was contingent on the selling my former home. Two contracts were broken before the third contract was completed. Through the ups and downs, Fritz continued to check on me and was so supportive. Finally, the papers were signed 1
