We are first time home buyers buying a new construction home and Paul walked me through every single system in my home and even inspected the attic. He reviewed the foundation of my home for code compliance and tested every appliance within the home. Paul even inspected the roof and sprinkler system and took a look at the fence and any personal requests that I wanted to review. Paul worked with our schedule and was punctual and professional his report was delivered to us ahead of schedule. Paul was great to work with. I am having a new home built, and he was able to schedule an inspection with only a few weeks notice. Plus he was able to reschedule the inspection for me, prior to the builder walk through, when the builder scheduled their walk through earlier than expected.
