Paul is very knowledgeable on SC state housing and building codes. He provided an excellent and thorough home inspection report with detailed information and recommendations. He was very polite and responsive.

Paul has done an amazing job coming out to inspect a trailer my little brother leased on his own. The trailer was not in livable conditions, but he was unaware. Paul did his inspection and found an abundance of health and safety violations and was able to pull my brother out of his contracted lease. He is extremely thorough and extremely reliable. Paul is so thorough that he came with a drone to view the property! He found so much damage that I wasn’t even able to see under, inside, outside and on top of the property. His report is so detailed with pictures, videos and written explanations and suggestions. He definitely saved us a lot of money!! He’s worth every penny.

We just got inspection completed on a new build. The home is by a builder with great reputation (not Stanley Martin/dr hornton etc) , a custom builder. We weren’t extremely concerned with the inspection but knew it was a good idea. The inspector found some very important things that will need to be addressed before closing. He was extremely thorough and a few of the things I remember saying “how could he find/notice that”. Scheduled very quickly. Was recommended to us by a friend and I would recommend him to everyone buying a house, even new construction.
