Woodwind Irving

This is a horrible place to live in. My baby’s mother stays here and every time I visit there’s always something falling apart. Maintenance is terrible. They take 2 weeks to come fix everything. Now there’s a leak in the bathroom ceiling because there’s a busted or leaking pipe under there and it has the whole inner wall by the mirror soaked and growing mold. She’s been telling management for almost 3 weeks now and they haven’t even came and took a peep yet. I don’t recommend you move here.

I am moving to Texas from Florida, so I scheduled a tour three weeks in advance so I could fly in for a week, look at apartments, and leave. I was very excited about the floorplan, reviews, and pricing range here, it was one of my top contenders! After making my appointment, I was bombarded with phone calls and emails from their AI, Sophia. I received 3 calls, 7 texts, and 7 emails in the weeks leading up to my tour appointment in which I confirmed that I made the appointment and still planned to be there at the day and time I scheduled. It was annoying, but I appreciated the communication (even if it was with an AI bot). When I got to the complex 10 minutes early for my tour, the leasing office was closed. Ms. Brenda has been on it since she got here. Maintenance request are been done in time. She be in the office when we stop by. She is a sweet person.

I Iove living here in Woodwind and having Brenda in the office has made my move even more better,she is efficient,on top of business,and very professional, a joy to work with ,if u looking for a nice ,clean , spacious place with great management look no further!!!
