Love the new manager. I’ve been here almost 4 years and the property has had a drastic change! It’s so quiet and peaceful. Maintenance comes soon as you let them know. Apartments are all updated and beautiful
I love living here. The owner and Maintenance guy really take care of the complex. Also you will really enjoy working with the property manager she’s so sweet. Everyone that lives here is super friendly. I love that it’s a few minutes from downtown.
I lived here for about three months now any issues that I have ran into have been solved within the same day or response was given to me, but no longer than 48 hours to resolve any issues. The maintenance and property manager are very helpful and kind.
I can personally say maintenance And the property managers Are very helpful. Quick to response to any complaints, and solve problems in timely manner. And over all just peaceful
Property manager Gabby is a great manager.. Gabby addresses issues and concerns of any kind in a timely manner.. Maintenance is great as well.. Enjoy living here..
