Dominus Commercial has helped me to sell commercial buildings, purchase commercial buildings, manage my properties, as well as negotiate my own leases for various companies that I own. Worked with Blake Legrow. He is professional and showed me exactly what I wanted, however the property did not suit my needs. I was then handed off to a rep named Carson. The level of communication was low with Carson. After establishing some communication with Carson he/she worked on scheduling visits on Wednesday of this week 12/12/18 but never got back to me. I constantly had to inquire with Carson on addresses, and where they were in the process. I by no means expect to be filled in on every detail, but some level on communication on the process should be given with our consumer inquiry. Out of all the leasing agents I inquired with Blake got back with me in a timely manner and answered the questions I asked. Carson gave me a poor experience which lead me to inquire with a craigslis

I've used Dominus now for two deals. Stephen LaMure's knowledge of DFW Real Estate, his negotiation ability as well as his ability to spot any problems in a lease contract make him a must-have for anyone leasing office space. And he's a fun guy to hang around with. He'll shoot you straight. Can't recommend Dominus Commercial enough.

I have been leasing one of their properties, and I would highly recommend them if you are a business or individual looking for commercial property. If they're supposed to be "property managers" why do their buildings at El Dorado Towers have leaky roofs, non working ac/heating, broken parking garages, nonfunctional elevators as well as moldy walls?
