Emerald Point Apartments

I can't be happier I was a little anxious to move and find my new first apartment but thanks to Mary she was really sweet and kind and make my process smooth and easy I can say she is a great manager help me with all the questions I had and im just looking forward to live here soon!

Karina she is so nice and sweet, Shell try to help you and understands if theres and problem,. They come and fix right away .very nice complex , everyone is so nice here

Absolutely without a doubt the trashiest apartment I have ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I were very excited about having our first place together so we tried to stay positive but we only lasted there 2 months before we finally left. Here's why: - Alma, the manager, lost our application and just approved us without a background check. -On our move in day she didn't even show up with our keys until the day was almost over. - Upon moving in we realized the air conditioner was blowing HOT air setting the apartment up to 90 degrees. The only way to turn it off was to shut off the breaker. We lived there 2 months and emailed regularly and it STILL wasn't fixed by the time we moved back out. We're pretty patient, but we felt ignored. This was unbelievable. - Roaches. Enough said there. -

I lived in this property for almost 4 years. At first, with the old administration, it was a complete mess, but with the new administration and with Karina as manager, everything changed. I barely left the apartment but it was because they didn't have a larger unit available for me. but in my experience with emerald point i can say that in the years i lived there they improved a lot
