Woodside Villas

This place is terrible and inconvenient when it comes to the needs of the property and it's tenants. Very frustrating when you are a responsible Tennant, pay your bills on time and still get POOR SERVICE. All they care about is money and will constantly go up on your rent while everything around you on the property is in shambles! Broken mailboxes, trash all over the complex, POT HOLES, bugs, loud neighbors, CRIMES you name it. Dogs aren't safe inside designated dog park area. Broken glass scattered all over dog park because other tenants are using if for personal use. Constantly changing the towing companies making it hard to keep your car safe from being towed. New management changes every 3 months OR LESS. They make their own hours of operation, can hardly get anyone on the phone. I am

I’ve been living in Woodside Villa for over 20 yrs and I had no problems here….and this new management has been on top of everything at each apt. accomplints like trash, air vents, filters everything else and maintenance…..so above all else they’re doing a good job….jamar jones apt.#1004

Woodside Villas is definitely in my top 3 places I’d consider calling home! The community has a welcoming feel, and the manager, Julie, really made a difference in my experience. She was friendly, professional, and so easy to work with. That kind of genuine, approachable management is hard to find. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and has great people running it, Woodside Villas is worth checking out!

The management and corporate do not care. I would never recommend living here. I have went 3 weeks with nothing but a window unit for a 2 story apartment. It has been unlivable. Now I have no power going to my kitchen. Corporate won't call you back after weeks for calling and no discount for the 3 weeks that I have not been staying here due to no ac.This is not the first unit I have lived in and had problems with in the year I have been here. The other unit I had flooded during a storm. I have always paid my rent on time every month and feel the least management or corporate could do is discount the days I have been with AC and now not having any electricity in my kitchen.
