After paying top dollar for average level Association services you can expect ongoing cash grabs. Seasonal Residents who aren’t in town when gate passes are renewed can expect to pay $25 for what is free during the brief renewal window of time in the spring.

My husband and I love this place! Hannah is a bright and energetic realtor helping us find a nice home. Grounds are well kept, restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. It's minutes from downtown.

I thought the representation is it's a 55+ community but it's not. There are 2 totally separate country clubs in the community. If you buy in newer section you have to join. Buy in older section it's an option for which one you want to join. Once your in community what happens when you meet people, they belong to one, you the other..The community is gorgeous but that situation is very odd.

Apartment is very spacious with unusually high ceilings for a rental. Also has nice deck in the front. Two and a half bathroom. Only real negative is the carpeting. Place is very nice but would be even better with wood or laminate flooring.

We moved to Woodside 26 years ago. Currently, there are four generations of our family located within the gates of this community. On a daily basis, we enjoy the miles of walking trails and the wide variety of activities offered within the community. When we do need to leave the community, all of our daily necessities (grocery stores, restaurants, movies) are within a five minute drive. We are proud to be a part of this wonderful community.
