Woodscape Apartments

No real complaints is a joke!! The apartments have bugs ever where! Even after they spray!! Look at the window seals in the hallway....riddled with bugs...look around the doors of apartments!! The cleaning people half clean and now they don't come often...more money for the apartments and less cleaning!! The management is very unprofessional and VERY, VERY RUDE!! Please record all conversations with them because they lie and just happen to forget what they say...conveniently! For the rate of these apartments, you will be better off somewhere else, they are not worth it! Good luck with the water, you will most likely see things coming from your faucet with it, mostly black or brown stuff!!

Apartments are nice. Lived there for 5 years. Once management changed we started to hate it. They favor certain residents (family members of office staff). Also I only gave it the amount of stars I did because the office staff is rude especially the office manager. We loved the maintenance people though. It is conventionally located to town. But I wouldn't rent from them again as long as the current office management is there who also over sees other properties. I've heard from a lot of people that they feel the same way about them and they still live there because they don't have the financial means to move elsewhere. Oh and if you enjoy the smell of pot (and being accused of it coming from your place and you don't smoke it at all) in the inside common area then you will love this place.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Management is horrible, especially MELISSA WHO IS THE MANAGER. The place smells horrible, bugs, spiders, insects, mold EVERYWHERE even when pest control comes they are still there!!! Pretty sure they just spray water, oh! And if you’re not home they WILL go through your stuff!!! Residents will hit your car, take up multiple parking spaces, and leave trash everywhere!!! Even inside the building!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. $1200 IS NOT WORTH IT ESPECIALLY NOT IN THESE APARTMENTS. HORRIBLE, I wish I could give 0 stars.

I wish that I could put a 0 star rating. 1st and foremost, you I do not know what the prerequisites are to a property manager for Angelas properties but I'm certain my 7yr old has better people skills, communication skills and manners than these ladies. They are LIARS, i called to get a number to file a complaint against them (while I was tenant) asking for someone OVER the property managers and the office worker stated "oh that's me" Be prepared for monthly "prevention pest control" which allows Management to cone snoop through your stuff each month, I had fruit flies for months, so for this prevention pest control to be in monthly it must be a water chemical aka nothing at all. This place is the most underhanded, disingenuous, two-faced, rude, insufferable, and odious bunch of people it will ever be your misfortune to have met. I would advise any and everyone to avoid at all costs. I would consider living out of a box or my car first!!!!! They will keep your security deposit even if you have the place professionally cleaned before moving out! They will make up something to keep the deposit. If you frequently enjoy paying people for absolutely no service of any kind in return, then look no further as you have just stumbled upon the money pit of your dreams!!!!!!
