Our experience with Trigon Homes has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. The craftsmanship throughout our home is poor — door frames are crooked, several doors don’t close properly, porch railing pickets are blown through with nail guns at high pressure, incorrect cabinet hardware was installed, and attention to detail was clearly lacking. Despite being told there would be a one-year follow-up for minor repairs and warranty work (such as installing missing screens, fixing doors, and repainting foundation areas they missed), no one ever responded or followed through. My communications fell on deaf ears. Communication was another major issue. It took multiple emails and phone calls just to get a response from anyone on their team, and even then, progress was painfully slow. The

Working with Trigon Homes to build my new home was an incredibly rewarding experience. From the moment I started interviewing builders, I could tell that Trigon Homes was in a league of their own. After being outbid for the last time, we decided to look at building new, but almost gave up on that too until our realtor suggested Trigon. We just moved into our beautiful new home built by them and couldn’t be happier! The only frustrating thing was waiting for permits (not their fault). It was incredible how fast Trigon would get things done once permits came through. They always got back to us super fast and never made us feel like we were being difficult, even though we probably were LOL . My husband and I recently completed a Brand New Build with Trigon Homes, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish we have no complaints. We first met with Walter and Terry in July of 2020, as we originally were planning on building a home on Family acquired land. Later in early December we realized there were too many road blocks within the county, we switched our plan to building a new home on land that Trigon owned in a small subdivision they have built nearly all the houses in. Walter took us out to the lot to take a walk around and answer questions, when we decided this was the one for us, Terry and our Realtor helped us complete the contract process.
