Living here is a hassle with money. They charge mad fees for any thing they can come up with. Come to find out, management was pocketing all that extra money. The policies are always changing. Towing is brutal. When they first started enforcing the new towing policy it was only 9pm-6am, but towing was coming through at all hours of the day. many residents have confronted management about it and after enough complaints, they changed the policy allowing towing 24/7. As soon as 5pm hits and rent day comes along, best believe the the tow trucks will be right there when you dont pay up. Damn I can't help that i get my check the next day after. They just love to strip me dry.

Best Apartments in Irving I have been living in woods apartments for almost 7 years I haven’t had a problem other that they don’t have enough parking lot that is the only problems I have other than that the apartments are clean and big the Neighbors are good people. Other good things about living here is they have a pool Which is great for the kids.

This place has big spiders and the apartments are infested with roaches, they lack on fixing their problem , my dishwasher hasn’t worked since I’ve been here, worst place ever!! I wouldn’t recommend
