I’ve been living here since Summer 2024 and my experience has been amazing from the very beginning. The application process was smooth and easy I toured the apartment, applied immediately, and was approved overnight. My move-in was quick and stress-free. Since living here, I haven’t had any issues with break-ins to my apartment or car. The community is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and management and maintenance are always kind and professional. Any time I’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been taken care of the very next day. I also really appreciate the sense of community here. I’ve never had a package stolen if I’m not home, neighbors will bring my package inside or place it at my doorstep. That says a lot about the people who live here. I absolutely love living at this apartment complex! It’s such a quiet and peaceful community, which makes coming home every day so relaxing. The leasing office staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. They truly make the experience here feel welcoming and organized. Maintenance is also amazing !they handle any issues in a timely manner and are always courteous and efficient. It’s clear that they really care about the residents and keeping the property well maintained. I’ve lived at Woodridge Apartments for about three years, and I can honestly say I’ve been extremely happy here. From day one, it’s felt like home. The maintenance team is so friendly and maintenance requests are handled very quickly, almost always the same day. The office staff is fantastic, especially Mallory, the manager. Moving here has been a dream compared to some other apartments. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. The units themselves are well maintained and spacious. And they’re more fair in their pricing than other complexes with features that aren’t as nice.
