UPDATE: I’d like to add my thoughts about La’Kebra, who is the Assistant Property Manager. La’Kebra is a person of utmost integrity. She treats her tenants like family and is warm, kind, compassionate and has been a joy to work with. She’s a great listener and always professional in her work. She’s honest and will go out of her way to make you feel special and welcome. It’s been my privilege to get to know her. I am writing to commend Rodney for his swift solution to my furnace going out in December, a week before Christmas, when it was about 11 degrees outside. I called after hours on a Tuesday night and left a message with Maintenance. Rodney called me back immediately, which was “above and beyond” and I told him I would just go over to spend the night at a relative’s house. Wed

Deerfield Woods is managed by the most wonderful and caring staff. From management / office staff and maintenance and ground keepers, everyone helps in making your stay into a pleasant, safe, clean environment. Manager addresses all problems and concerns instantly, and do her very best to resolve any issues. Her assistant also plays a vital role with addressing your concerns and resolving any issues. Grounds are very well kept and surrounding environment is quiet. I am so happy with my stay here, thanks to all staff members.

I just moved to Deerfield Woods a week and a half ago and I love it. My new apt is beautiful and I love the complex. It’s quiet and I feel safe as the buildings have locks and the complex is very well lit. The pool is great and looks like it’s been recently redone. There is a gym onsite, nothing fancy but I’m glad there is a gym Because it’s nice to have. The whole process was smooth. JerVante took me on my tour and then a 2nd tour, because I brought my Mom back to help me decide between here and another place, and JerVante was great. Communication up through move in day with the property manager, Risharri, was excellent; she always kept me up to date.
