I am pleased with the leadership of Timmons Management Co. They are prompt, easy to reach, thorough and provide good recommendations for contract work. I would absolutely recommend Timmons Management Co. for any size property whether it’s six units or 6000 units.

Timmons Management was put in charge of Fox Chase Condominiums (496 units in Clinton Township, MI) a little over two years ago. In that time every aspect of our community has suffered. This “management” company doesn’t really manage anything. They simply take orders from 3 petulant board members who do not acknowledge the needs or faithfully represent the majority of owners in our community. Timmons doesn’t actively monitor our community for maintenance and grounds needs. Timmons doesn’t handle owner violations (ex: oil leaking cars in parking bays, garbage left in patios, garbage stacked next to dumpsters, BBQ fire code violations, etc…) in a timely fashion - if at all! Timmons has also been unsuccessful at keeping a permanent property manager and maintenance staff employed at Fox C

The team at Timmons Management Co. is honest, caring, and authentic people. Sabrina Bollinger has a heart of gold. She is determined to resolve issues and bring peace to any situation. I highly recommend Timmons Management Co. From start to finish, the customer service is phenomenal. Jerry

Sabrina and Paul have been great to work with; they are even available to answer my call at 11:30 at night. Our pool was not properly maintained for years under the previous management company. Timmons management company came in the second year, was able to completely renovato the pool with over $100,000 in cement around the pool.
