Woodridge Apartments

Lack of customer service from management. For the past week I haven’t able to use my bathroom due to plumbing problem. This situation has causes me and my family significant hardship,as a functioning bathroom is a básic necessity. In addition , I have repeatedly report that residents smoking marihuana on property. This creates unpleasent and unsafe enviroment for tenants, yet managment has fail to address or enforce comunity roles regarding this matter.

The apartment maintenance team did an excellent job. They responded quickly, fixed the issue professionally, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. I really appreciate their prompt and reliable service.

It is a roof over your head. The location of it is nice and the apartments are bigger then most in the area but my apartment was still pretty filthy when I moved in and my carpet was not replaced because there was already holes and stains in it when we moved in. Maintenance tries their hardest to keep the place up and running but with a lot of the tenants they let in this place, they destroy it. Doesn’t seem like management handles anything from to many people living in the apartments, people overflowing the garbages with beds, couches and what not, noise levels, doors constantly being propped open and people just plain destroying the grounds and hallways and not respecting the property. Maybe we should get more cameras in the building than just a few of the main entrances. Such as hallway

I lived here since 2007. Things were fine here until I had to move to another apartment in same building in 2013 due to my ex and I splitting which was a great experience thanks to landlord Stacie who left a couple of years after that. Things were great for many years from 2013 til 2021 when trashy loud neighbors below me with obnoxious loud dog who pee and poop on their deck and make my apartment and deck smell like dog pee and poop for the last 4 yrs. I had to pound on my floor many times which also has led to knee issues getting worse The dog barked constantly for all hours of day and night until I had to call the police several times and even call Stuart co management because the landlord won’t kick them out. I understand apartments have to follow protocols before they kick a tenant ou
