The Quarry at Central Park

am truly very happy living at Quarry. The administration staff is excellent—always kind, respectful, and attentive. Maintenance requests and repairs are handled immediately and very efficiently; the service is fast and professional. The environment is calm, pleasant, and perfect for living. Something I truly value is that they always greet you with a “hello” or “good morning,” which makes you feel welcomed and respected. The service is excellent from Sunday to Sunday. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Quarry as an ideal place to live. 💙

Thanks to Heather who was very quick to respond and resolve an emergency maintenance request. We'd also like to thank Mike and Rey from maintenance for resolving our past maintenance requests promptly as well. We appreciate them and Kelly at the office for being kind and helpful. Neighbors are friendly too. This is a nice apartment that is well managed and maintained. Great positive experience overall.

I have lived at the Quarry for a little over a year and a half. The staff is amazing and so responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they usually always got back to me within the same day. There was a time I wanted to move from a studio to a one bedroom for some more space. They were so communicative with me on potential openings and scheduling tours and making sure I was set up well. I also unfortunately had to terminate my lease due to becoming a homeowner and they were very understanding. Even though I had to terminate, I am leaving the Quarry with nothing but gratitude and a good experience. I highly recommend this building if you are looking for high quality units, relatively affordable rent, and great management.

The building is great. Staff is great and a lot of my neighbors are super nice. But there is always someone who is freaking smoking weed. It gives me such a bad headache. The building contract clearly says no smoking of any kind.

This is my partner and my first place we will share together. Kelly and JoanMae were very helpful and reassuring through the whole application process. We're really looking forward to moving in and getting to know our new neighbors! edit: Moving in has been a smooth process for us and we are very grateful for the community and all our new amenities.
